PARENT’S NAME: The parents are Mr. Tetteh Oyadier and Mamley Teye.
REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HIM: Critical social investigation about her background revealed that he is needy innocent boy. Both of the parents have died.
DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: He was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 7th June, 2004 after strict social investigation about him.
HIS IMMEDIATE NEEDS: His immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.
CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: He is very quiet, respectful, submissive, compromising but a slow learner. He is a hard worker. He likes sports.
HEALTH STATUS: He is currently healthy but when he entered the home his nutrition was very poor.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Academically, he is very poor .His educational background was very poor but since he came into the home, he is improving very gradually. Currently he is attending school
