PARENT’S NAME: The parents were Mr. Oyadier Moses and Afiyo Narteh

REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed That she is needy orphan. Both parents have died from unknown causes.

DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 8th May, 2003 after strict social investigation about her.

HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS: Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.

CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is very respectful, submissive, compromising but
easily annoyed. As she gets older she is more mischievous.

HEALTH STATUS: She is currently healthy, but may have a hearing problem in one ear.
