REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed That she is needy orphan. She was brought to Ghana by her parents but both they died of AIDS after arriving. Grace does not have AIDS.

DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 8th May, 2003 after strict social investigation about her.

HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.

CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is very respectful, submissive, compromising, and a very hard working. She is always helping in the kitchen.

HEALTH STATUS She is healthy but is deaf in one ear.
