PARENT’S NAME: The parents were Mr. Awoee Teye and Narkie Anyati
REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed That she is needy orphan. The mother has died and the father has remarried and abandoned her. Her Grandmother was unable to care for her after this.
DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life International Orphanage on 8th May, 2003 after strict social investigation about her.
HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care, education and educational materials.
CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is very respectful, submissive, compromising
but
easily annoyed. She is very smart and clever.
HEALTH STATUS When she came into the home she was very skinny and had many skins rashes and welts. Currently she is healthy.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Her educational background was very poor but since she came into the home, she is improving. Currently she is attending school.
