HOW SHE CAME INTO THE HOME: She was brought into the home by a neighbor who saw her wandering.

PLACE OF BIRTH: Kade in the Eastern Region of Ghana

PARENT’S NAME: The parents are Mr. Joseph Mantey and Patience Ocansey.

REASON/BASIS OF ADMITTING HER: Critical social investigation about her background revealed that the father, one Joseph Mantey has neglected and ran
away from the wife and the children ( with two sisters Mariam and Hannah Ocansey). The mother is homeless and without a job thus she cannot care for her children.

DATE OF ADMISSION INTO HOME: She was admitted into New Life Orphanage International on 2nd November, 2003 after strict social investigation
about her.

HER IMMEDIATE NEEDS: Her immediate needs are food, clothing, shelter, medical care and education and educational materials.

CONDUCT/BEHAVIOR: She is very quiet, compromising but easily annoyed and aggressive. She likes to dance.

HEALTH STATUS: She is currently healthy. She is very strong.
